The Importance of Developing a Sound and Fundamental Marketing Plan

Do you find that you keep getting off point with your internet business? Have you made a few dollars online, but don’t know what you did to bring that money in? Then understanding the importance of developing a sound and fundamental marketing plan will be critical to your online success.

I read somewhere online that 90% of all internet marketers will fail or quit within the first year. Why is that? Internet marketing isn’t really hard to learn – but I think most people are misled when they read headlines like Make A Half A Million Over Night and when it doesn’t happen, they get discouraged.

Internet Marketing Is Not Rocket Science

It really isn’t – it’s about the exponential factor. If you take two cents ($.02) and double its exponent (2 x2 = 4, 4x 2= 8, 8×2 = 16) every day for thirty days at the end of 30 days you will have $10,737,418.24. That’s starting from 2 cents on the first day. The breaking point in this formula is basically half way through the month. This is exactly the way that internet marketing works — it’s all about the numbers.

Develop a Plan — and stick to it. Once you find something that works, keep doing that. Do it again and again, and again, only with different products and/or niche markets.

Stay on Target — the biggest problem most people have with internet marketing is that they don’t stay on target. They get distracted and working online can be one of the most distracting things I’ve ever dealt with.

Choose a Methodology — and conquer it. Whether it be pay-per-click advertising (not recommended for small pocketbooks or the new person starting out on the web) – pay-per-action, the bum marketing method (article marketing) or niche websites – to name a few – whatever method you choose – stick to it until you know the ins and outs of it and can do it in your sleep.

Stay with What Works — you don’t have to reinvent the wheel – you really don’t Stay with what works until you’ve got a concrete program going. Don’t switch up mid stream – if you want to play with a new approach, play outside of your regular marketing program.

Be Consistent – don’t stop what you’re doing – keep at it and you will continue to build momentum. The idea is to reach that exponential mark that continues to bring in an steady income for you.

Be Honest and Fair — and don’t take things to personally – keep yourself out of your business and keep your emotions out of it too. If you stay honest and fair in all your dealings online this will follow you where ever you go.

Develop a work schedule – that works for you and continue to build on this until you’ve got something happening for you continuously. Until you get your program going, it will more than likely take a lot of work up front.

Realize That It Takes Work — understand that just thinking about what you want to be doing but not putting action behind those thoughts won’t get you off the ground. In order to fly, you have to build that airplane, take it for a test drive and then maintain it to keep it working for you.

I know how frustrating it can be, because I’ve been there myself – but it doesn’t have to be if you can develop a sound and fundamental marketing plan for yourself.

If you don’t think this is something you can do or you are too confused about it and you have a few dollars to spend, I know someone who took copious notes when she first went online and created a plan that not only makes her money, but also makes money for all of those who use it.

It’s a plan that works. I am more than pleased to recommend this product to you, it’s something I purchased for myself. It works! To find out more, visit One Week Marketing Review

Any business entrepreneur can comprehend the need for keeping a close watch on costs and expenses, no matter what. Expenses are in need of consideration in a sense that if it can be justified by an increase in revenue. This is why entrepreneurs must consider marketing their products, no matter what the cost may be. You must open your mind to this as it can give you a way to increase sales.

Targeting Internet Marketing

A good way to start with advertising is to allocate a part of your budget in having ads printed in your local Yellow Pages. This is definitely underrated since a lot of people may take directories for granted, but the Yellow Pages have always been a place where people look for products and services. You can get exposure from there.

Flyers and other ads can be distributed throughout your neighborhood so that you can spread the word to the outside world. Have them delivered to every home and business out there to tell them who you are and what you offer. There will definitely be some who will get caught by your advertisement, and they’ll be seeking your out in no time.

With these methods, you can get some measure of success in promoting yourself. However, your reach will still be limited due to the physical medium and the effort required. This is why you need a vehicle that can reach farther and with a wider coverage.

Effective Internet Marketing

This is where Internet Marketing comes in. Either you’re into Pay-Per-Click or Search Engine Optimization, or even both, these methods aim for niche markets that you may go for. If you are seeking leads, it is always better to inquire with pre-qualified individuals who already declared their participation in that market where you are. It is always the better option amongst others.

Upon utilizing these techniques and methodologies to direct traffic to your site from your target market, you should know that those who are visiting are already interested in your products and services. This offers optimal conditions for an entrepreneur.

Another benefit that you can gain from using Internet marketing strategies is that you can monitor your progress on-the-fly to stay on top of your game. If there is something that you are doing well in, you can see it in progress and stick with it. Also, if there’s something going wrong, then you will be noted by it and you can readjust right off the bat.

Conventional advertising does not offer as much of these conveniences to entrepreneurs, but they are still crucial to your success. There is a reason why they’re conventional, and that’s because they’re good. As they are tried and tested, you should take some of these strategies and combine them with Internet marketing to create a balance in promoting your business. It would be wrong to assume a bias to just one side and not think that the other has any of the benefits that you are looking for. They both can go hand in hand.

With online marketing, you are to expose yourself to the world with your website at all times. This is your chance to promote yourself even further and bring customers to your business.

Building and operating a profitable online business from the comfort of your home doesn’t have to be difficult at all. If you are ready to get started and create a long-term online success in shortest time possible, then you should visit this site: http://turboonlinebusiness.com

Internet Marketing For Beginners

60 million people have put up their very first websites online this year 2008 alone. It is estimated that by 2010, the internet sales industry will top then dollar bank. And to think, majority of those sites will be offering different affiliate programs for people to choose and participate into.

This only means one thing. It is easier now to find the right web host for your application. The possibility of quality web hosting companies separating themselves from the rest of the industry is anticipated. If this is done, the unprofessional and incompetent ones will suffer.

Support will be the number one consideration for people when choosing a web host. It will be obvious that traditional advertising will become less and less effective. Most people would rather opt for the web host based on things that they see and hear. Also based on the recommendations by those who have tried them and have proved to be a successful.

This is a great opportunity for web hosting affiliates and resellers alike. There would hundreds of web hosting and programs to choose from that the difficulty in finding the right one for them is not a problem anymore.

How does one become a successful affiliate in the niche markets using web hosting?

If you think about it, everyone who needs a website needs a web hosting company to host it for them. As of now, there is really no leading hosting industry so most people choose hosts based from recommendations. Usually, they get it from the ones that have already availed of a web hosting services.

With the many hosts offering affiliate programs, there is the tendency to find the one which you think will work best for you. Think of the product you will be promoting. Pattern them to the site and see if they are catering to the same things as you are.

When you have been with one host for quite some time and seem not to be making much despite all your effort, leave that one and look for another. There is no use in trying to stick to one when you would be before off in another one. Things will only have to get better from there because you already have been in worst situations.

Try this out. If you are quite happy and satisfied with your web host, try to see if they are offering an affiliate program you can participate on. Instead of you paying them, why not make it the other way around; them paying you. The process can be as easy as putting a small “powered by” or “hosted by” link at the bottom of your page and you are already in an affiliate business.

Why choose paying for your for your web hosting when you do not have to? Try to get paid by letting people know you like your web host.

Always remember that when choosing a web host, choose the one that is known for its fantastic customer support. There are also many hosting affiliate programs. Residual affiliate program is also being hosted. This is the program wherein you get paid a percentage every month for a client that you refer. This can allow you to have a steady source of income. With perseverance, you can even be quite successful in this field.

There are a lot of niche markets out there just waiting for the right affiliate to penetrate to them and make that dollars dream come true. Knowing which one to get into is being confident enough of your potentials and the good results you will be getting.

Web hosting is just one affiliate market you could try out and make some good and continuous income. Just remember that to be successful on your endeavor also means that time, effort and patience is needed.

Nobody has invented the perfect affiliate market yet. But some people do know how to make it big in this kind of market. It is just knowing your kind of market and making the earnings there.

One of the first tasks you will face when it comes to creating informational products for sale on the Internet is deciding what the subject matter for the product will involve. There are actually several ways that you can come up with ideas that will allow you to form the basis for your product.

As is true with any type of informational writing, it is a good idea to start with that you know. The basis for your informational product may be the result of just about any type of experience that has been part of your life.

For example, you may find that some of the formal educational experiences of years past have given you some particular insights that can form the basis for an informational product. Work experience is another fertile field for coming up with numerous topics and approaches for constructing products that convey a great deal of information.

Religious backgrounds are another example of mining past experiences that may help to produce marketable information products that will have an appeal to one or more niche markets. In like manner, hobbies can also yield a wealth of ideas for information products that would attract the interest of a credible section of consumers.

Along with mining your own past experiences, there is also the need to determine the direction of your pitch in the informational products. Do you want to adopt an approach that helps to inform people of how to perform a task associated with a specific subject? Perhaps your emphasis is not going to be so much on how to do something, but what not to do.

With this approach, your direction is more along the lines of presenting information that will help people avoid pitfalls associated with particular actions or tasks. The idea is to create a credible and thought provoking information product that prevents people from wasting time and resources by pursuing ideas or procedures that have proven all too often to be nothing more than dead ends.

Cautionary information products are certainly a viable option, since they often attract the attention of people who do not want to be slowed down on the road to success.

If for some reason you do not want to mine your own past life experience, there are still other ways to come up with ideas that are likely to be ideal for creating information products to market and sell.

One method is to take a long hard look at the people around you. What types of interests do they have? Are there life experiences of theirs that you can learn from and thus utilize to create a product that would be attractive to a wider public? Spending some time with family and friends and just allowing them to talk about whatever comes to mind may yield some interesting topics that you can explore as subject matter for your information product or products.

Once you have your basic idea for your information product, start putting it together. If your mind is a jumble of ideas and thoughts, sort them out by making a simple outline. This will provide a basis for how you want to present the information and will help you organize the data in a flow that is logical and easy to grasp. The outline will also help you to not forget a point of interest that strikes you as being particularly relevant to the subject matter.

As helpful as the outline will be to the process of drafting the content of your information product, don’t feel as if you are a slave to the outline. As you progress with the work, you will no doubt encounter other ideas or thoughts that you want to include. Feel free to see the outline as a work in progress, and add, revise, and delete as you see fit.

One of the truly great attributes of the computer age is the fact that a word processing program is a lot easier to use than a typewriter. It is very easy to go back and insert additional text when a burst of inspiration strikes.

No doubt, as you go along, there will be details that come to you that may be relevant to a section of the product that you have already completed. Simply go back and find a way to insert the new thought in the right place, so the integrity of the product is maintained.

making money using internet marketing

Let us show you how you can start making money using free internet marketing methods that only few people know about with little or no money

Finding A Product

First search for a profitable topic. A popular topic where there are millions of needed products and services like health. A topic like this have hundreds of sub topics more commonly known as “niches”. Niches are where specific products are being sought out by specific groups of people or “niche audiences”. The idea is to find worthwhile niches and sub niches, target these audiences to sell to by using keyphrases.

Hot trends come and go all the time and many marketers have no problem with making money in internet marketing when these trends avail themselves. They simply seize the moment and start building campaigns around these products via PPC Advertising, classified ads, search engine marketing, articles, etc. Products can also be found at Clickbank.com to fill needs. They can even tell you if the product is worthwhile selling through their stats.

3 Very Important Principles To Follow

Before you select a product to sell be sure that the product is worth while advertising, or converts well. Choosing a product out of thin air because you think it should sell for your own reasons is not the way to find out how well a product will convert. As discussed above “niche markets” basically comes with audiences (people already searching for a specific product). Making money in internet marketing with these products will require one to first check and see just how much traffic the product receives and how popular it is, if it’s feasible, you can start building a campaign around it by targeting buyers with the use of keyphrases or words that are typed in the browser which are associated with a particular group of seekers or prospects preferably ones ready to buy.

The second principle is to solve desperate problems. anyone desperate for a solution is more apt to be motivated to convert quicker at the prompt of a solution being available. So if you find a problem that people have requested a solution for, your money is already half way in the bank, all you have to do is to find a good product or a service that solves the problem in order to seal the sale. i.e. Desperate problems means more conversions, faster sales, for the right solutions?

The third principle is simply to be consistent with your advertising by possibly placing an ad or two daily in the free classified ads. 2 ads a day is 60 ads a month! Write articles, can’t write find a free article writing training site that you can get instruction from, you can get free PLR content and use that content to get the articles you need to promote your product, or pay a freelancer to write articles for you. whatever you do be consistent or just do something everyday towards attaining your goal of promoting your product or service. No one ever said that making money in internet marketing would be easy. But it’s the only job that I know of where you can basically start with nothing and build an empire fairly quickly.

Now Work The Plan

Find at least 3 specific longtail keyphrases relevant to the product, Just use Google’s free keyword tool at google.com and search keyphrases to use in articles. Submit articles to article directories. Top directories can give you best results such as ezine articles.com, articlesbase.com, idealmarketers.com.

Create a free keyword-rich blog (blogger or wordpress) and post articles there After your articles have been published in the directories. Be sure to create back links to original articles in directories by use of a short prompt like article originally posted at xxxx directory or just use the link: When backlinking simply reference the original article by putting in a note about where it was posted in it’s entirety or use a link to where it is. Now create a squidoo lens, in that order, blog first then lens, and link your articles back to the articles posted in the directories. Why? more backlinks means better search engine positioning, which means more traffic meaning more potential for sales. Submit articles to the rest of the article directories Link each article back to your articles on ezinearticles.com in the same way as above You can say something like: Article originally published on xxxxxx.

To make this really easy and effective, start an account at SubmitYourArticle.com because the service works great. And you’ll be able to submit articles throughout hundreds of directories from just that one source. There is however a monthly charge for this or you can do it yourself one by one. So far I’ve given you a workable plan from which you can generate a lot of cash, and mostly from free methods with the exception of the article submitter resource. After a very short while you’ll be making plenty money in internet marketing without even having a website or paying out hundreds of dollars each and every month for things that you don’t even need.

Continuity Blueprint

Membership Sites:
The Ultimate Continuity Model

If you’ve been online for any length of time, you already know what a membership site is.

Basically, they’re online communities where members pay a regular subscription fee (usually monthly) for access to premium content, tools and resources such as:

  • Articles and special reports…
  • Monthly newsletters…
  • Expert interviews…
  • Members-Only Forums
  • Vendor lists and other resources…

Here are just a few reasons why I love membership sites so much:

  • Compared to ebooks and other digital products, membership sites have a substantially higher perceived value … especially in niche markets!

  • The proliferation of free information in the Internet is actually causing INFORMATION OVERLOAD, leading more and more consumers to search for sources of premium content which means greater demand for membership sites.
  • Membership sites are great for hobbies and special interests. The potential is unlimited, because basically any subject that has an offline magazine can have an online membership site.
  • My own tests have shown that members buy 10x to as much as 20x more than a non-members. So not only are you earning a month income, you’re also selling more of your other products.
  • Membership sites can be setup with little or no cost. It’s true! While it’s possible to spend thousands on high-end membership scripts, I use mostly free tools that work just as well (if not better) than the expensive ones…

    And best of all…

  • Membership sites allow for monthly recurring income, which means you get to do the work once and get paid over and over again.

And since most membership sites are made up of compiled content that you could freely access in over 100 different places, it’s very possible that you could put together one of these sites in a weekend!

In fact, if you’ve already written a traditional book, ebook or other type of training program, I can show you how to take the content you’ve already created and turn it into monthly income.

But what if you haven’t written a book?

What if you aren’t an expert?

Here’s What’s Included In the
Continuity Blueprint Training Program…

Continuity Blueprint

Continuity Blueprint is a comprehensive training program that’s made up of:

Continuity Blueprint5 Video Training Modules (see descriptions below)

Continuity Blueprint118-Page Workbook/Training Manual

Continuity Blueprint78-Page Continuity Swipe File (If you’re not a copywriter you can just rip-off the copy from my own membership sites…)

Continuity BlueprintMembers-Only Training Center where you can get access to me and your fellow participants as well is INSTANT ACCESS to the digital version of the training (so you won’t have to wait for it to arrive in the mail!)

Ok, so that’s the nuts and bolts…

Here’s a more detailed breakdown of what’s covered in each module:

Getting Started:
Building Your Continuity Foundation
Continuity Blueprint

Before you can even think about building your continuity program/membership site, there are some quick “Getting Started” steps you need to take to “pave the way”. Trust me, if you mess this part up, nothing else will matter.

Here’s what we’ll cover in the “Getting Started” module…

Part 1: The Continuity Litmus Test

  • The “20-Second Litmus Test” I use to know (beyond the shadow of a doubt) before you ever get started that your membership site/continuity program will be a success…
  • The HARSH REALITY all membership site publishers must face, and how to overcome it…
  • Six (6) required traits your continuity offer must have if you want to ensure it’s success. (PLUS 3 optional traits that will give it an extra edge….
  • And more…

Part 2: Proven Continuity Business Models

  • 8 tested and proven continuity models that you can apply to your own business. (Why reinvent the wheel when you can “borrow” something that’s already proven to work.)
  • The secret history of continuity offers and why knowing what’s worked in the past will have everything to do with your own success…
  • Why I absolutely love CD-of-the-month programs and choose this format (even over membership sites) for about half of my own continuity offers…
  • The single best continuity offer of all (and no, it’s NOT a membership site). This offer won’t work for all markets and all people, but when it does work LOOK OUT!
  • Two (2) membership site models I suggest you avoid (accept under very rare circumstances) , and much, much more…

Part 3: Choosing Your Front-End Strategy

  • Five (5) proven front-end offers and how to know which one is right for you…
  • The absolute best front-end offer for anyone who already has a physical book or digital ebook
  • What is a “MOAB” and how you can use it to quickly fill a continuity program. (One well-known marketer used this exact same strategy recently and it worked like a charm.)
  • How I use SLO’s and other low-ticket offers to funnel traffic into membership sites and other continuity programs on a daily basis…
  • Why short, crappy salesletters often work best when direct-selling continuity. (I know it sounds weird, but I’ll tell you why that is…)

Once you’ve completed the “Getting Started” steps, it’s now time to start “architecting” your continuity offer which is what Module 1 is all about…

Module 1:
Architecting Your Continuity Program
Continuity Blueprint

If you’re like me and you love planning, then you’re gonna love this module…

That’s because the next step in the Continuity Blueprint system is to outline exactly how your continuity program/membership site will be laid out.

A lot of important decision will be made at this stage including:

Part 1: Choosing Your Membership Site-Type

  • The 3 types of membership sites: 1) Free-To-Premium, 2) Members Only and 3) Hybrid Premium and which one YOU should choose for your business…
  • Why giving away a lot of free content can lead to the DEATH of your membership site
  • How I incorporate membership sites as the home page of my business and how I use this setup to generate passive subscription signups…
  • And more…

Part 2: Determining Your Content Strategy

  • 9 common content elements you can pick and choose to incorporate into your own membership site…
  • Why I DESPISE multi-topic newsletters and will choose to deliver a single-topic report every day of the week. (Trust me, the reason has nothing to do with ease of delivery and EVERYTHING to do with getting new members.)
  • My #1 rule when deciding what I’m going to deliver to my members each and every month. (HINT: Less is definitely more in this case…)
  • Why you should never…NEVER…launch a membership site with a forum already in place. I know people who have shirked this rule and they regret it every time…

Part 3: Proven Continuity Pricing Models

  • Why I avoid quarterly and yearly continuity models and choose to go with monthly every time…
  • The three (3) proven pricing strategies and the 4 price-points I choose for my continuity programs 98% of the time
  • The difference between “breakage” and “consumption” model pricing, and how it effects everything from content delivery to email communication. (If you’re like most of my students, you’ll be shocked when you see this one…)
  • Why I rarely cross the $97 a month boundary with continuity programs, and why I suggest you stay below it as well (almost no matter what market you go into)…

Part 4: Membership Site Core Components

  • The “nuts and bolts” of which membership platform, content management solution and billing platform is right for your membership site…
  • Why I don’t recommend all-in-one, turnkey solutions in most cases and for most membership publishers…
  • Free and ultra-low-cost membership solutions you can use to get up and running for less than $150…
  • The FREE, open-source content management solution I use to run virtually all my membership sites. (I promise you’ve heard if it, but I bet you don’t know anyone else who’s using this application like I do…)
  • How I use “Pseudo Login Forms” (that don’t require any technical skills whatsoever) to run 5-figure a month membership site. (You’ll absolutely crack up laughing when you see how simple this is…)
  • Why I DON’T recommend PayPal and ClickBank to process your recurring payments, and the billing solutions I actually DO recommend…

Whew…

As you can see there are a lot of decisions that need to be made before you can start building your membership site/continuity program, but I promise that by following my advice you’ll save THOUSANDS of dollars and HOURS UPON HOURS of time in mistakes not made.

Trust me, these are the kinds of things you want to get right the first time around.

But once all the initial plans have been drawn up, it’s now time to start gathering supplies. And more times than not, those “supplies” will come in the form of CONTENT (which is exactly what the next module is all about…

Module 2:
Getting Content for Your Continuity Program
Continuity Blueprint

Without a doubt, the biggest stumbling block for new continuity publishers is CONTENT. Well in this module, it’s my intent to remove that block forever.

I’m going to show you a number of strategies I’ve used to generate content quickly and easily, even in markets where I’m not an expert.

We’re also going to explore the “Publisher Model” in much greater depth, and get into the specifics of partnerships, joint ventures and content licensing and buyouts and more…

Part 1: Principles of Rapid-Fire Content Creation

  • Four (4) strategies for quick content creation…including my proven method for becoming an expert in almost any subject 72 hours or less.
  • Why (even if you are the expert) you still shouldn’t be creating all the content for your membership site yourself…
  • The importance of “leveraged content” and why it’s the only kind of content you should spend your time developing…
  • And much more…

Part 2: How To Become a Continuity Publisher

  • The “Publisher Model Matrix” and when to know if you should: 1) partner with an expert, 2) license content, 3) hire a ghostwriter or 4) interview other experts…
  • The advantages and disadvantages of partnering with KNOWN vs. UNKNOWN experts. (I’ve done both, and while they both work you have to know what you’re getting into before you begin…)
  • Three (3) sources of experts, and the one I turn to 90% of the time…
  • Why this type of author is absolutely DESPERATE to work with a membership publisher (like you) and where you can go to find them…
  • The four (4) types of deal structures that I use when partnering/JVing with experts, and the one I prefer over all the other three.UPDATE: I’m currently working with an attorney to develop turnkey contracts and agreements that you can modify and use in your own publisher arrangements…
  • The single most important rule of all when working with and/or partnering with experts. (Ignore this and you WILL come to regret it. I guarantee it…)
  • Why licensing is the fastest method of all to acquire quality content…
  • How to use ClickBank to find “ugly duckling products” you can buy for practically nothing.
  • The word-for-word script I use when contacting content owners about buying/licensing their information. (You’ll want to copy and paste this, because every single word is thought out and tested…)
  • How to seek out and find quality ghostwriters without posting your job on freelance sites for all the world to see…
  • How to “test-drive” multiple writers at once for pennies on the dollar so you know you have a quality person before you bring them in to your business…
  • The cheapest and easiest way to get content TOMORROW … interviewing experts. (This concept is so simple yet few people do it the right way.)
  • 55 sample questions I use when interviewing experts that work in practically any market…
  • The sample contact script I use to entice experts and get them to say “Yes” to my interview requests…

Honestly, I talk so much about the “Publisher Model” and how to execute it that I could go on forever.

I think you get the idea, though, that there’s a lot here…

Part 3: How To Use “Compiled Content” To Build Your Site

  • The importance of “filler content” and how you can use compiled content to add bulk to your site…
  • How to use Private Label Resell Rights Content (PLR) the right way. (PLR is an incredibly valuable source of content, but you have to be careful with how you use it…especially in paid subscription sites.)
  • Nine (9) sources of free, high-quality videos that you can embed directly into your site. (And no, none of them are YouTube.)
  • How to become a “content aggregator”…and where to go to find “pre-aggregated content” that you can drop into your site immediately, and much, much more…

Honestly, I’m not exaggerating when I say that this module alone is worth the investment in this training.

Whether you choose to start a continuity program or not (and hopefully I’ve convinced you that you should), this material will help you IMMENSELY in any information business.

Alright, now that we have content out of the way it’s time to start construction on your membership site…

Module 3:
Getting Content for Your Continuity Program

Continuity Blueprint

The foundation has been laid, the blueprints have been drawn up and all the materials (i.e. content) have arrived at the job site.

Now it’s time to start building!

In this module, you’ll be hearing mostly from my “right-hand man of continuity and membership site technology”. I’m telling’ ya, this guy is a wizard when it comes to setting up membership sites and continuity programs, and he has graciously agreed to lend his talents and knowledge to this training.

Here’s an overview of what’s included in this module:

  • 21+ nitty-gritty, step-by-step tutorials that walk you through the process of setting up a membership site just like mine. (Even if you’re not a technical person, if you can “paint by numbers” then you can do this.)
  • How you can use free and non-technical solutions that get the job done if you want to absolutely NOTHING to do with technology…
  • How I’m able to build beautiful sites in minutes…even though I’m not a designer. Just wait until you see all the incredible “themes” that are available (and easy to install).
  • My favorite little known plugins and “hacks” that will make your membership site sing…
  • BONUS: How to have a continuity “membership site”…without actually having a website!
  • And whole lot more that frankly is too detailed to go into here…

Again, if you’re worried about technology, DON’T BE. My tech guy will walk you through everything step-by-step.

And remember, you’re more than welcome to give these tutorials to a member of your team or a hired programmer. The key is, technology shouldn’t be an issue, and it definitely won’t be the thing that holds you back once you have access to this module.

Ok, now that everything is in place we move to the most important module of all…

Module 4:
Getting and Keeping Members

Continuity Blueprint

Let’s face it, if you can’t fill your site with paying members (and then keep ‘em once you have ‘em), all your hard work up until this point was nothing but a waste of time.

My objective in this module is to expose to as many member-getting strategies as possible, because frankly not all strategies will work in all markets.

Some of these strategies include:

  • A detailed explanation of my proven continuity traffic model…the very same model I use in all my membership sites
  • Why “multiple entry points” (i.e. multiple sources of traffic) is vital to a growing continuity program…
  • The difference between passive and active promotions (and which ones you should focus on the most)…
  • How to ethically implement “forced continuity” in your business. (NOTE: We’re actually doing an “optional continuity” model and it’s not only reducing customer support, it’s also yielding a higher stick rate and greater net profits.)
  • My top 3 FREE strategies for generating new members. (One of them is so incredibly simple…in fact, you’re probably doing it already you’re just not doing it the right way.)
  • The one thing you ABSOLUTELY must do if you want to make affiliate marketing work with continuity programs…
  • My proven affiliate contact script that I use to attract and activate new affiliates (even in markets when I’m totally unknown)…
  • How you can capitalize off of the single most squandered piece of real estate on the entire Internet! (According to MarketingSherpa™, when executed properly this little piece of real estate yields conversions rates as high as 39%!!)
  • Seven (7) tested “Stick Strategies” that can literally double the average subscription period of each member in your continuity program…
  • Passive recruitment methods that generate a daily trickle of new subscribers. (NOTE: These members won’t come in droves, but they’ll stay forever and buy everything you’re selling once you get ‘em in!)

…and that’s just the tip of the ice-burg!

You’ll Also Get The Following
Bonus Modules…

Bonus Module 1:
My 2-Step Sandwich Page Strategy

I’m not gonna say that squeeze pages are dead, but let’s just say that the old way of using them is gonna go the way of the dodo bird very soon…especially with continuity programs.

Standard opt-in forms irritate your customers and “reverse squeeze pages” slow down the sales process and hurt conversions. But a “sandwich page” allows you to still deliver quality content while at the same time leaving the sales process uninterrupted.

It’s the perfect combination, and to my knowledge this technique isn’t being taught anywhere else…

Bonus Module 2:
Behind the Scenes of How I Create My Training Videos

Since releasing the “Million Dollar Napkin” video and the other videos in the Continuity Blueprint series, the question I keep hearing over and over again is, “How do you make those training videos?”

So, in this module I break down the entire process including:

  • The software I use to record the videos…
  • The writing tablet I use to do the hand-drawn segments (and how I set it all up and make it all work together)…
  • The two types of microphones I use (and the only one that you really need…)
  • The service I use to host my videos and how I get them to display properly on my sites, and much, much more…

I even give you a tour of my desk and recording room setup so you can see exactly what you need and what is total over-kill. (HINT: I have over $5000 in recording equipment but I do all my videos now on a $140 USB microphone and a cheap screencapture application…)

Bonus Module 3:

How To Position Your Membership Site For Sale

As with any business, the “big payday” usually comes when you SELL, and believe it or not continuity programs are VERY SELLABLE because they have:

1) Consistent monthly recurring income…

2) High profit margins…

3) Low operating costs…

4) Turnkey operations…

What more could a buyer want!

This is why I’ve personally sold two membership sites for over $1,000,000, and I can tell you there’s no better feeling than pocketing 7-figures just to walk away. :o )

So, since “cashing out” should be a long-term goal of any business, I’ll be setting up a special interview with my friend and business broker where we’ll reveal the exact steps you need to take to position your continuity program for sale.

Even if the idea of selling of a business for 7 or even 8-figures sounds insane now, you’ll definitely want to listen in. Once you see how easy it is to crank out continuity businesses, you’ll want to follow the same pattern I have of: “Build then sell…build then sell…”
